Procurement Regulations
There are various EC Public Procurement Directives which apply to Northern Ireland and Ireland. These are as follows:

These Directives lay down the rules by which contracts above certain values must be awarded.
The thresholds vary depending on the type of contract and whether the contracting entity is a Central Government Department, a Government Agency or a Utility.
