Advertisements are usually clear and concise, enabling companies to assess their own ability to supply the stated goods or services and respond accordingly.
Generally, the Purchasing Department issues the advertisement and handles the procurement process. Companies should contact either the Purchasing Officer or Technical Officer when making enquiries about tenders.
With complex procurements, the technical person may also be named.
