The purchasing organisation needs to know that its supplier can provide a quality product or service. They need to know that you are available to fulfil the order on time.

Buyers will evaluate suppliers on specific criteria, the following are typical examples

  • Quality of the product or service
  • Overall response times and service levels
  • Security of supply
  • Consistency of product or service
  • Delivery times
  • Continuity of supply
  • Ability to supply in required quantities / pack sizes
